Canada Investment Summit 2026 – Do Not Overlook Immigration Implications

The Canada Investment Summit took place in Toronto, Ontario on September 14 and 15, 2026, hosted by the Prime Minister of Canada in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments with the goal of encouraging $1 trillion in investment in the next five years. For companies looking to invest, immigration matters such as business visitor limitations, work permit options, and strategic immigration planning must be part of the process from the beginning. Our lawyers are always available to discuss the specific needs of your business as you consider investing in Canada.
