There are several options for those seeking to entry the US on a temporary basis:

  • Visitor Visa (B-1/B-2)
    For business trips, tourism, or visiting family. Our team can assist with the application process for a U.S. Visitor Visa or submissions to the port of entry for Canadian citizens.
  • USMCA for Canadian and Mexican Citizens – TN, L1, E1, E2
    Available under the USMCA (formerly NAFTA) for qualified professionals from Canada and Mexico, the TN visa allows work in specific roles. Likewise, intra-company transferees are eligible to make applications as L-1. E-1 and E-2 applicants can apply as Traders or Investors, respectively.
  • Other Work Visas
    U.S. work permits like the H-1B, J-1,  L-1, O-1, and E-1, E-2 visa allow foreign workers to live and work in the U.S. Let us assess your eligibility.
